Signal

Signal is a light sculpture composed of 49 LED pixels. By alternately serving as a mood lamp, a clock, a beating heart, a pixelated bee, or a mini-game of Pong, it explores the intersection of light, image, and movement. Fully programmable, the work can evolve over time and incorporate new animations.
